FAQs
Effect and meaning
Agate is considered one of the most fascinating crystals of all. With its luminous variety of colours, it turns the thoughts towards beautiful and fascinating things. It strengthens the focus on nature, self-realisation and positive thoughts.
Use and care
We recommend placing this agate where you come into contact with it most and where it can shine most. This crystal needs light, air and water. It is best cleansed with water from nature and should not stand in the sun for long periods.
Cleanse agate once a week under running water, discharge it with small haematite stones and recharge it overnight in full-moon light.
Birthstone and zodiac
Agate gives Taurus self-confidence and encourages the positive expression of its earthy, thorough and deliberate nature.
Agate with a crystalline inclusion leads Scorpio to recognise the inner light, the clarity and purity that lie hidden deep in its nature, and helps it to open up this innermost core of its being and to stay true to it amid all challenges and temptations.

Managing director and mineralogist
After an accident, Bashkim Asani could no longer continue his work as an interpreter. A friend sent him an elite shungite, and the encounter with this stone changed the way he saw the world. Completely fascinated, he learned more and more about crystals and minerals. Today he leads Mineralienzentrum with two shops and a wide selection of crystals. Most of the assortment comes from the company's own mines, and he selects every piece himself. Very large and rare finds become sculptures and interior pieces.
