A soft brush is enough for regular care. For heavier soiling, lukewarm water with a little mild soap is sufficient; let the piece dry thoroughly afterwards. Avoid ultrasonic baths: they can widen fine fractures.
When displaying: a stable surface, no direct draught, no radiators immediately nearby. Large pieces belong on a base that carries the weight across its full area.
